Soft leaf buffalo is a creeping, broad, soft-leafed buffalo variety with a lush, deep green colour. It is easily contained as it creeps only across the surface area of your garden and is not sub-surface.

Installation Guide
Perth is well known for its sandy soils so prior to laying your new lawn the addition of some key nutrients and wetting agent will give your lawn the best start possible.
Soft Leaf Buffalo roll-on turf can take up to 12 weeks to establish itself after installation. During this time, heavy traffic on the new lawn is not recommended. Your new soft leaf buffalo lawn will not require mowing for at least 4 weeks while the roots become established
Watering after Installation
For lawns installed between October and March
Week 1 and 2: Apply 3.5mm three times a day in the morning, noon and evening
Week 3: Apply 5mm twice a day in the morning and evening
Week 4: Apply 10mm per day in the morning
Week 5: Apply 10mm every second day in the morning
For lawns installed between March and October
Week 1 and 2: Apply 4mm twice a day in the morning and evening
Week 3 and 4: Apply 7.5mm daily in the morning
