Shipping policy

Generally, goods will be dispatched within 5 days of an order being accepted. Changes to this will depend on the product ordered and whether the item is available. We may contact you to discuss delivery times. Method of dispatch will be governed by the type of product ordered. Turf, sand soil and mulch orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice from order acceptance until dispatch. Plant orders can be picked up from Kallaroo by appointment. Large plant orders may be able to be delivered. Please contact us for further details.
