Helleborus White Tutu is an elegant perennial, typically growing to about 50 centimetres in height and 60cm spread. Its evergreen foliage forms a dense mound of dark green leaves. In winter and early spring, it produces charming, nodding flowers with pure white petals, resembling delicate ballet tutus, enhancing shaded gardens with grace.
