Aptenia cordifolia, also known as Heartleaf Ice Plant, is a succulent groundcover prized for its vibrant pink flowers and heart-shaped leaves. It typically grows to a height of 10-15 centimetres, spreading quickly to form dense mats. Drought-tolerant and low-maintenance, it adds a pop of colour to garden landscapes.

Orders over $300 can delivered for $49 within the Perth metro area.
